The Olive Post ships monthly curated mailings as part of a subscription-style service.

Processing Time

Orders are processed during a set monthly production window. Once processing begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS (or applicable carrier at time of shipping). Tracking may or may not be included depending on the mailing type.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on location and postal service conditions. The Olive Post is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or returned mail due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us, customers may be required to pay reshipping fees.
